Acden Awarded Canadian Occupational Safety 5-Star Psychological Safety Award
Acden is proud to announce that our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality team are among the recipients of the Canadian Occupational Safety 5-Star Psychological Safety Award.
This award recognizes companies across Canada that are at the forefront of efforts to address mental health issues in the workplace.
Psychological safety is a core value for Acden, and we have made a significant commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Over the past year, our dedicated teams in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality department, along with the Human Resources and Business Development teams, have worked tirelessly to provide information, training, and resources that promote a healthy work-life balance. We are building a workplace culture where all employees feel valued and encouraged to engage in open and honest dialogue about their mental well-being.
