At the heart of Acden's success is the dedicated Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) team. In 2023, the HSEQ team embarked on a year-long workplace safety and wellness campaign, focusing on different aspects each quarter. This comprehensive initiative not only emphasized physical safety but also placed a paramount focus on the importance of psychological safety and wellness.
